Rooted in John 15:5, “I am the vine, you are the branches,” our mission is to guide men into a deeper relationship with Christ while equipping them with the tools, support, and community they need to grow strong, lead well, and live with purpose.

Cynthia Sullivan
Cynthia Sullivan is a nonprofit leader and advocate with more than 32 years of experience supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence, including human trafficking. She serves as Deputy Director of The Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Inc., where she helps lead trauma-informed services, advocacy, counseling, prevention, and operations. Grounded in her faith in Jesus Christ, Cynthia is also an entrepreneur and recent Humanitarian Award recipient recognized for her commitment to serving individuals and families with dignity and compassion.

Paris is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student and a psychology graduate of Texas State University. Her experience in therapeutic childcare, youth programs, and volunteer advocacy shapes her commitment to supporting individuals and families. Through Vine Living, she brings a heart for service and a passion for faith, emotional well-being, and lasting change.

Otto is a pastor, speaker, and founder of Sons to Men, helping men discover their identity in Christ and grow as fathers and leaders. His work in juvenile services and community outreach supports youth and strengthens families. His service has been recognized with the NAACP Distinguished Community Service Award.
